Tips from Our Cosmetic Surgeons

At GLOW Surgical Arts, we respect your time, and want to ensure access to timely appointments that begin on schedule. To make your visit more enjoyable and fulfilling, we have adopted the following guidelines.

Consultation Appointments

We love meeting new patients and helping them achieve their cosmetic surgery goals!

A new patient consultation appointment may be scheduled with payment of a $50 fee. The appointment involves a detailed assessment of patient concerns and goals, including an examination and recommendations. In some cases, as with Botox or dermal fillers, we may be able to proceed with treatment right away.

The fee will be applied as a credit ($50 discount) to any treatment or procedure selected.

The appointment will be confirmed at least 48 hours (two business days) before the scheduled visit. The appointment fee will not be refunded within 48 hours (two business days) of the appointment.  

Failure to keep or confirm any consultation appointment will result in a rescheduling fee of $50.

Non-surgical Treatment Appointments

Non-surgical treatment appointments are confirmed two business days prior to the scheduled visit. If you do not confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance, your appointment may be cancelled.  Failure to keep or confirm the non-surgical treatment appointment may lead to a rescheduling fee. 

Follow-up Appointments

Routine follow-up appointments are confirmed two business days prior to the scheduled visit. Failure to keep these appointment(s), or neglecting to reschedule 48 hours or more prior to the appointment(s), may result in the loss of appointment scheduling privileges or dismissal from the practice.

Surgery Appointments

All patients will be provided a Financial Policy detailing surgery payment timelines, rescheduling fees, and refunds in the event of surgery cancellation or rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment time. All applicable rescheduling and cancellation fees will be applied.
